Founders, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and creators who are aligned in character and diverse in industry.
We believe the most powerful asset anyone has is the people around them. Coral exists to make those connections deeper, faster, and more intentional — so every member's life and business is better because they're here.
Not marginally. Not slightly. Radically. We measure success by the depth of relationships formed, the quality of experiences shared, and the generosity that flows through this community.
These values guide everything we build and every decision we make.
Relationships are the foundation of everything. Every interaction is an opportunity to deepen trust and belonging. We gather to sharpen one another, not just network.
We're committed to continuous learning — personal and professional. We expand our networks, deepen our relationships, and build more together than we ever could alone.
We give more than we take. A committed portion of revenue goes to vetted causes and initiatives serving those in need. We give because we want to, not because we have to.
We also value integrity, humility, excellence, curiosity, and service — these are the qualities that define who belongs in Coral.
Not rules. Not requirements. A promise.
Consistency is the foundation. We show up to calls. We show up in the community. We show up for our Coral Partners. Not perfectly — but reliably.
This is explicitly not a political group. We are a diverse group of builders with diverse perspectives, and we refuse to let political tribalism fracture what we're building.
Coral is not a product you subscribe to and passively receive. It's a community you actively build. The value comes from participation — yours and everyone else's.
This is not a fan club. The goal is not for everyone to orbit one person. The goal is for everyone to know everyone — real relationships across the whole community.
Coral grows by invitation. Every member is an ambassador. When you meet someone who embodies our values — ambitious, generous, humble, excellent, curious, fun — invite them.
We are not trying to be the biggest community. We are trying to be the best. Growth is by invitation only. Every person in Coral is someone that another member personally vouched for.
When someone leaves, we thank them. We don't guilt them. We don't make it weird. They were Coral, and that means something — even after they're gone.
Coral is a for-profit company. That's intentional.
We chose a for-profit structure because it enables us to fully pursue our mission without artificial constraints. We can build products, invest in companies, hire without stigma, and reinvest in our members — all while maintaining a commitment to generosity.
No outside investment. Decisions are made in the best interest of members and mission — not outside investors. We are building for decades.
Money is fuel for mission. Every dollar is deployed with intention — from member experiences and team growth to external generosity. 10-20% of revenue goes to vetted causes and initiatives.
Transparency is not optional — it is part of who we are. Our structure does not define our heart. Our actions do. We are a people who steward well.
